Introduction
Welcome to Brandtrove. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Brandtrove and use of our strategic brand partnership services. By engaging Brandtrove, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
Brandtrove provides strategic brand management, partnership facilitation, and collaboration execution across sports, entertainment, and digital ecosystems—including talent discovery, deal structuring, campaign management, and performance tracking.
Payments & Engagement
- Engagements are confirmed upon execution of a formal contract.
- Payment schedules are defined per project.
- Scope changes may affect fees and timelines.
Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing. Clients are responsible for work performed and non-cancelable commitments up to the termination date unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
Materials and strategies developed by Brandtrove remain Brandtrove property until contractual obligations and payments are fulfilled, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Brandtrove is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We facilitate collaborations but cannot guarantee specific commercial results from third-party talent performance.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public business information disclosed during engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
